Finance-and-insurance software provider MaximTrak’s new platform, MaximTrak GO, will allow customers to purchase F&I products from cellphones or tablets. The feature is the latest example of F&I software companies crafting consumer-facing content for a digital experience.
“MaximTrak is dedicated to delivering innovative tools to dealers to improve processes and boost customer satisfaction,” Imran Mussani, MaximTrak vice president of operations, said in a statement. “MaximTrak GO is an integral piece to this equation, moving the point of sale to where consumers are at and creating a seamless online-to-in-store experience.”
The feature, which dealerships enable through texting or emailing links to their customers, is included in the company’s platform, MaximTrak Flite, parent company RouteOne said. The program also is available as a standalone offering.
Through the link, customers can explore the product options before experiencing an in-store F&I and delivery process, according to the company. The program also connects customers to sales tools, videos and educational information so customers can calculate the monthly costs of the F&I products they select. Customers can also accept or decline products and even create their own product package. All sales are finalized through the dealership.
MaximTrak’s Flite platform is an interactive showroom tool that leverages a survey to guide dealership customers to certain F&I products. The platform then builds a customized profile and menu of products based on the customer’s responses.
RouteOne plans a widespread launch of the digital menu at the National Automobile Dealers Association convention in Las Vegas this month.
